Return period:

During this Christmas period, you have until 15 January 2025 from receipt of your order to return the product to us.

Refunds:

We'll process the refund within 5 business days of receiving your return. Note that custom-made products, crafted especially for you, are not refundable.

 

Exchanges?

We only offer refunds, but feel free to place a new order for a different product you might like.

 

In-store returns:

If you made your purchase online, follow the return procedure mentioned above. In-store returns result in exchanges or store credit, not refunds.

 

Refund conditions:

We'll refund the value of the items at the purchase price, excluding delivery fees. Ensure that the returned items are in their original condition and packaging. The refund will be issued to the payment method used during your order.
